What to check before, during and after a dual meet or tournament so nothing is missed on the day. Written for programs running Takedown Scoring and Stats.

Before the event

Settings

• Scoring subscription current
• Video subscription current
• Takedown LIVE enabled, if you are broadcasting
• X (Twitter) posting enabled, if you are posting results
• Scoreboard configured, if you are using one
• Advertising configured, if you are running it

Season and opponents

• Correct season selected
• Opponent teams refreshed or downloaded
• Opponent team logo added

Roster

• Roster refreshed
• Wrestler photos added
• Email addresses added

Setting up the event

• Date and time correct
• Home or away set correctly
• Weight classes correct
• Period durations correct
• Weights recorded
• Pairings done
• First weight class correct
• Official name entered
• Scorer name entered
• Lineup handout sent

Contacts

• Coaches added
• Parents added
• Media added
• Anyone else who should receive results

After the event

• Referee signs the scorebook
• Box score sent to media
• Results uploaded to TrackWrestling, if required
• Video uploaded
• Video shared
• Video published to Takedown LIVE, if you are using it
• Reports generated
• Reports shared
