Service Providers

LevelChanger uses the service providers below to host and operate Takedown. Each is bound by a written agreement to protect the information it handles at least as well as we do, and may use it only to provide its service to us. None may sell student data. See our Privacy Policy (levelchanger.com/privacy) and Student Data Privacy Commitments (levelchanger.com/student-privacy).

• Couchbase (Capella): Cloud database and iPad sync, hosted in the United States. Student data it handles: All team data, including wrestler photos.

• Google (Firebase): Account sign-in, app diagnostics and usage analytics. Student data it handles: Coach account data and app usage. No student names.

• Google (YouTube): Match video upload to the coach's own YouTube account and live broadcast, only when a coach chooses. Student data it handles: Video and match details the coach publishes. The coach controls who can see uploaded video.

• Zendesk: Customer support. Student data it handles: Only what a customer includes in a support request.

• Apple and Stripe: Subscription billing. Student data it handles: None. Billing contact only.

• Mailchimp: Product email to coaches. Student data it handles: None. Coach email only.
